First the only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because of the music. When I go eat at a restaurant it's to chat with the people I'm there with and enjoy their company not to have to yell across the table or only speak to the person sitting next to me. Mind you we arrived early to avoid the music, but by 7 it just increasly got louder and louder. Everything else was a 10/10 no notes. Usually new restaurants have little kinks they need to iron out not Kage they were exceptional in all areas when it came to food, drinks, service, variety and presentation. My only recommendation would be to start the music later. It is a great restaurant that really stands on its own food and drink wise, but I felt like they were trying to turn it into a club with the music. If you want to go for dinner and enjoy good food and the company your with I'd say be there right when they open to have that experience. If you don't mind the "club" type of atmosphere go at any time and you will enjoy the vibes.

Great food— both taste and presentation. So many different flavors! Be prepared for a wait, as they do not take reservations. Drinks were amazing! The vibes were great. Came here for a birthday dinner, would definitely come back again to try other plates when I’m in town.

We visited Kage Asian Bistro on a Saturday night and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious, and we’ll definitely be back to try more dishes from the menu. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, with a live DJ playing music throughout the evening. There was also a bar area where people were socializing, networking, dancing, and enjoying the music, which created a fun vibe without taking away from the dining experience. Service was good but could be improved. It would have been nice if our server had asked whether it was our first visit and offered recommendations or house favorites. We also asked for a few more minutes to review the menu, but our server didn’t return for about 15 minutes or more, which felt a bit long while waiting to place our order. Overall, the food and atmosphere made the visit worthwhile, and we look forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu.

This place has an awesome vibe as soon as you walk in the door the staff was very nice and attentive. Food over all was amazing. We had the dumplings not my favorite but had good flavor. For main dishes we had the lobster mein which was packed with lobster! We also had the bbq short ribs and kage sushi roll both were packed with flavor and amazing. Definitely looking forward to trying more dishes on the next visit.

Ok, here we go. I’m sure for the age group 40 and under this new bistro is sure to tick all the boxes. From live DJ to a well appointed, dare I say romantic decor inside, this restaurant is set to be a success. The music is very loud at 9:30 (I was told it’s less so around 5:30) we had a friendly server who was prompt with our drinks and our food which seemed to come to the table quite fast. Steve had the Bakersfield crunch I think it was named. We shared the shishito peppers and I had the Miso Umami roll and we shared the Hamachi nigiri. Restaurant is on the darker side so my food photos are not a great representation because of it but the flavor was definitely on point. It was a little too loud to have a convo during dinner but I chalk that up to our age😂don’t let that discourage you. We had a good time all told. Parking lot is well lit. Plenty of parking. 😋😋😋
